By selecting the separate checkbox and submitting the form, you freely and knowingly consent to processing your name or company, contact, services, indicative budget and message, together with language, source page, reference, time and consent record. The checkbox is not preselected; browsing does not replace this action. This consent does not cover advertising, AI consultation, clone production or publication of personal material.
Purpose, actions and recipients
The purposes are to reply, discuss your task, prepare a proposal and agree on an order. Necessary collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use, transfer, restriction and deletion are permitted, with or without automation. The enquiry is stored on the server. he.ru and Telegram notify the team; an email provider is used if backup delivery is configured. Authorised contractors participate only as needed.
Duration and withdrawal
For an enquiry without a contract, consent lasts until its purpose is met, for no longer than one year, or until withdrawal. Email withdrawal to vera@administrator.ru with “Personal data” in the subject and information identifying the enquiry. Mandatory contractual records may be retained on another lawful basis.
