01 / Goal and brief
We define the product, audience, channels, desired action and constraints. For an assistant, we identify the knowledge source and escalation rules. The brief leads to a scope, milestones and quote.
02 / Concept and pilot
We agree the character, visual direction, script or workflow, then test one representative asset or scenario. Quality and constraints are checked before scaling.
03 / Production and review
We produce assets, edit copy, check pronunciation and details, and adapt formats. Integrations are tested on success and failure paths. Revisions follow the agreed scope.
04 / Handover, launch and improvement
We deliver the agreed files and instructions and check publication or deployment. Content management, knowledge updates and further development follow a separate plan. Access, rights and backup arrangements are documented at handover.
