1. Operator and scope

2. Browsing the website

The hosting service receives the IP address, time, URL and browser information for delivery, security and technical logs. This version has no third-party advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts, illustrations and covers are hosted locally. External videos open only when you follow a link to the platform. Technical preferences are described on the cookies page.

3. Enquiries and orders

The form processes your name or company, contact, selected services, indicative budget, message, language, source page, reference, submission time and consent record. These are used to reply, clarify the task, prepare a proposal and agree an order. The enquiry is first saved on the website server; a notification is then delivered to the authorised team through he.ru and Telegram. An email provider is involved if backup delivery is enabled. Uncontracted enquiries are retained for up to one year; contractual records follow applicable obligations.

4. A separate choice for AI

Reference answers run in your browser. After a separate checkbox choice, the question, language and short history are sent to Moonshot (Kimi), as shown in the interface. The choice is stored with the version and provider in the current tab. The server attempts to remove recognised contacts and credentials but cannot guarantee complete anonymisation of free text. Do not send passwords, documents, voice samples or other people’s data. Full conversations are not written to disk by the application. Moving text into the form does not submit it.

5. Processing, recipients and protection

Processing necessary for these purposes includes collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use, transfer, restriction and deletion. Access is limited to the authorised team, hosting and technical contractors, and the listed delivery and AI services. Data is not sold or published; enquiry consent does not include advertising mailings. Safeguards include HTTPS, access controls, protected storage, data minimisation and request limits. The operator is responsible for applicable requirements on initial collection and international transfers, including Articles 18 and 12 of Russian Law No. 152-FZ; registration and a checkbox do not replace these obligations.

6. Your rights and contacting the operator

You may request information, correction, restriction or deletion, withdraw consent, and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. Email vera@administrator.ru with “Personal data” in the subject, your contact and enquiry reference if known. Proportionate identity verification may be requested. Processing stops after withdrawal except where another lawful basis requires retention.

7. Restrictions and version

The forms are not intended for sensitive categories, biometric, identity-document or payment data, or third-party information without a lawful basis. The website is not specifically directed at children. The current version is published at this address. Version date: 2 November 2026.

Photos, personal footage, voice samples and clone-related records are handed over only after agreeing purposes, rights, a secure channel and retention. The website policy does not replace specific likeness and voice permissions.
